This one-hour seminar will have two components that may have impacts on conducting business in the real estate industry in Hawaii. First, we will discuss some of the changes in demography and economy that Japan is currently undergoing. Second, despite these changes in the 21st century, some of the Japanese business practices will remain and we will discuss the essential business Japanese-style business practices, communication and manners.

Note that this seminar will be conducted in English for the real estate professionals who are not familiar with the Japanese language, culture, and economic environments. The information provided in the seminar is intended to improve knowledge and understanding of the current business climate in Japan.
